From Monday Piedmont, Lombardy and Marche will be in the orange zone

From Monday 1 March, Piedmont, Lombardy and Marche will be in the orange zone. They wrote it on Facebook Attilio Fontana, president of Lombardy, Alberto Cirio, president of Piedmont, e Francesco Acquaroli, president of the Marches, explaining that they had been informed of the thing with a phone call from the Minister of Health Roberto Speranza. Molise and Basilicata, on the other hand, will pass into the red zone, as confirmed by the regional presidents Vito Bardi e Donato Toma, while Liguria it will pass in the yellow zone.

For regions in orange zone The general rules remain in force, such as the curfew from 10pm to 5am, while from 5am to 10pm it is not necessary to motivate the movements within your municipality. You cannot move between municipalities except for reasons of work, health or necessity, but you can always return to your residence, domicile or home (therefore also moving between regions): the home is considered the place where you live ” with a certain continuity and stability », so people who usually live in the same house can reunite.

The shops can remain open, but they must respect the guidelines already in force, for example by restricting the entrances and by maintaining the physical distance. In the orange zone it is always forbidden to consume food and drinks both inside the restaurant business premises and in their vicinity: bars and restaurants will only be able to work with take-away and home deliveries. As in the yellow zone, the sale with take-away of food and drinks is allowed from 5 to 22, but from 18 it is forbidden for activities that perform bar service without cooking or retail trade of drinks.

In the orange area, the “exemption on visits” also remains in force, according to which it is possible to move once a day, from 5 to 22, to visit a single house (of anyone, friends or relatives) that must be in the just common. In this journey there can be a maximum of two, possibly accompanied by minors under 14, disabled or non self-sufficient people without restrictions on number.

In red zone the movements are allowed only for work, health or necessity, or to return to home, residence or home. All non-essential shops are closed, restaurants and bars can take away (bars only until 6pm) and home deliveries. Two-person visits to someone’s home are only allowed in their own municipality, and you must return home by 10pm. Anyone who resides in a municipality with less than 5,000 inhabitants can travel to someone’s home for a maximum of two , at a distance of no more than 30 kilometers outside the boundaries of the municipality itself, with the exclusion of travel to the provincial capitals.
