From € 164,000 to € 514,000: real estate hits the seaside, the average price of an apartment on the Belgian coast, municipality by municipality

An increase in transactions of almost 7% and prices of 5.5%.

More than ever, the Coast retains all the favors of candidates for the purchase of a second home. In view of the figures made public by the federation of notaries, it is an understatement to say that our coastline is attractive. With the coronavirus crisis and the intention to travel more to Belgium, this upward trend should not falter.

In 2019, this increase amounted to 6.9%.
