In the latest draft of the August decree, a Fund for the training of housewives of 3 million a year has been added starting from 2020. The novelty appeared this afternoon, but still subject to change, provides for art. 21, that the fund is set up at the Ministry of Economy and is, as stated in the draft, aimed at training and increasing cultural opportunities and social inclusion, also in collaboration with public and private bodies, of women who work activities provided in the home, without subordination and free of charge, aimed at caring for people and the home environment, registered in the compulsory insurance for work done in the home.

Removed the restaurant bonus
As announced, in the draft there is no restaurant bonus, in its original version with the reimbursement of 20% of the customer’s bill. But it is “compensated” with an advance in November of the cashback, the plan that provides micro reimbursements and rewards for those who make purchases with electronic money (credit card, debit card and app) that should have started in January. And that will cover a range of businesses, including restaurants. this is the last mediation on the August decree, expected for 6.30 pm today in the council of ministers, according to the latest draft of the provision.

10 million more for disabled tourism
The travel voucher has been confirmed at 50% of the expenditure incurred, up to a maximum of 20 euros for each trip, to be used for travel from 15 July 2020 to 31 December 2020. Autonomous, tax advance postponed to April

Change the rule on suspended taxes
The rule for the payment of suspended fees during the lockdown changes. Payment in installments concerns only half of the tax. The new draft provides that 50% of the amount due must be paid by December, in a single installment by September 16 or in four monthly installments of the same amount, the first of which on September 16. What remains can be paid in a maximum of 24 installments starting from January 16, 2021.
