Friendly Price Samsung Folding Mobile Phones

Jakarta, Nusantaratv.com – There is something in common with all current folding screen phones: they are very expensive. This is because this phone comes from years of research and development and the use of new components.

It took Samsung about 10 years to commercialize the foldable screen phone concept. Even the device dual screen Microsoft Surface took five years to develop.

Reporting from Phone Arena, Saturday (22/8/2020), the cost of producing these phones is so high that Huawei has lost around 60 million US dollars (United States) to 70 million US dollars for the Mate Xs. However, the good news is, as these manufacturers continue to make technological breakthroughs and increase production numbers, the price of folding screen phones will fall. Even Samsung already intends to release a cheap folding screen phone.

Samsung is also reportedly working on an affordable folding screen phone. The phone has the model number SM-F415. However, there is not much information regarding these phones. So far it has only been revealed that the phone has 64GB and 128GB internal memory variants and will be available in blue, green and black colors.

Regarding price, Samsung is rumored to be releasing a mini version of the Galaxy Z Fold 2 in 2021 for 900 US dollars or around Rp.13.2 million. Even though the price is cheaper than the Galaxy Fold 2, which is US $ 1,380 or equivalent to Rp.20.3 million. However, it is still out of reach for most consumers.

And, the SM-F415 folding screen phone is said to have a lower price than Rp.13.2 million. But, of course, the consequences will be some features that are reduced.
