A previously unknown victim was hit on the back of the head with the flat of his hand and spat on in the Bertoldstrasse near the cinema there.
Witnesses made the police aware of this. However, only the alleged culprit could be found.
The police have started the investigation and are particularly asking the previously unknown injured party to call 0761 882 4221.
