In the group with peers in Destiny, children experience that they are not alone and learn how best to arm themselves against parental disputes and strengthen their mental toughness. Both painful and positive experiences are discussed and elaborated in the group. An important point of the work is the development of a story about their life together with the children, in which the separation of parents also takes place.
In the parenting group, which takes place simultaneously, parents can find out how to break the vicious circle of destructive views and behaviors and support each other in doing so. The well-being of the children is the focus of attention.
