Freddie Gibbs trolls and clasps New York rappers

Watch out for Freddie’s backlash.

We repeat it often, rappers have a lot of affection for everything that surrounds competition in the game, with the clashes, the small provocations, the spikes sometimes direct, sometimes discreet. If this trend seemed to have slowed down a bit recently, there are always guys you can count on to screw the shit out of the game and detonate it. At one time it was 50 Cent, but the latter seems to have taken a step back on it. This time, it is Freddie Gibbs who provides the show.

Indeed, Freddie decided to respond to Uncle Murda’s year-end track “2021 Rap Up”. A song in which Murda attacks Gibbs, suddenly the latter has drawn several rather aggressive tweets: “Fat guys talk shit, happy new year bitch is going to pay your rent”, or “I can’t wait to be in New York”. He added a layer of it on Instagram, saying: “So many New York rappers suck me off, I can’t wait to come to your town to show you how we sell this”.

Obviously, Freddie Gibbs got caught by one of his great detractors, DJ Akademiks, who said on Twitter that “Frederick Gibbs got hit by one rapper from New York, now he wants to provoke the whole town. Where was all that energy in front of Jim Jones or Uncle Murda?”. A message that refers to the recent fight in which Freddie would have been hit hard by Jim Jones. It may have come from there, all this resentment towards New York … However, that did not silence Gibbs, who also replied to Akademiks. With a little more vulgarity, we’ll let you see that.
