Fred immediately knew it was wrong when he heard something pop in his body. “At first I thought it was my Achilles tendon, but it turned out to be a lash. That’s a tear in your calf muscle,” he says. That’s why he went to the hospital in Saint Tropez.
They sent him home with the message that nothing was wrong. However, Fred didn’t like it and decided to go to the Netherlands because he wanted the best care. “I have been driving drivers for five or six years and they have been really cool to leave from the Netherlands for direct to Saint Tropez. They drove 24 hours.”

In the Netherlands, Fred went straight to the doctor. And what turned out? He had a tear in his calf muscle. “It’s full of moisture because I haven’t done much in France so I have to get that moisture out first. I’m just hoping for a quick recovery because I’m too busy and I’m not someone to be on the couch again.”
Fred is especially sorry that his holiday has ended. “I am really fucked up, depressed and cranky that I am sitting here now and my friends still delicious in the South of France.
