Update from Monday, 10.02.2020, 08.02 a.m .: The one that came to a standstill before Regional transport gradually starts rolling again. The route between Gießen and Dillenburg is free, Kassel can be reached via Gießen from Frankfurt and the Kinzigtalbahn between Fulda and Frankfurt drives again.

Storm “Sabine”: Because of bad weather – regional traffic is silent

Update from Sunday, February 9th, 2020, 7:11 pm: The storm sabine also affects S-Bahn traffic in the Rhine-Main area. The RMV said in a short message: “There may be failures and delays due to the storm and low storm Sabine.”

S-Bahn Rhein Main: Again and again failures

Update from Friday, February 7th, 2020, 8:34 am: The emergency medical service at the Taunus system has now ended, as the RMV reports on Twitter. According to information from the Hessenschau, a woman in the S9 passed out – she was treated by an emergency doctor. However, there may still be delays on the S-Bahn lines S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 and S9.

Update from Friday, February 7th, 2020, 7:32 am: Die nächste S-Bahn-Störung am Freitagmorgen: Wie der RMV auf Twitter mitteilt, kommt es zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen bei den Linien S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 und S9. Der Grund dafür ist ein Notarzteinsatz an der Taunusanlage. Wielange die Verzögerungen dauern werden, ist bislang nicht bekannt.

Update vom Freitag, 07.02.2020, 06.42 Uhr: Am Morgen geht es mal wieder um das Sorgenkind, die S-Bahn S2. Wie der RMV auf Twitter mitteilt, kommt es auf der Strecke zu Verspätungen und Ausfällen. Der Grund dafür sei eine Signalstörung zwischen den Haltestellen „Dietzenbach Bahnhof“ und „Dietzenbach Mitte“. Wielange die Probleme andauern ist unklar.

Update vom Donnerstag, 06.02.2020, 18.32 Uhr: Es gibt gute Nachrichten von der S-Bahn: die Stellwerksstörung in Frankfurt-Höchst ist behoben, meldet der RMV. Es kann aber immer noch zu Verspätungen und Zugausfällen kommen. Auch weiterhin sollte die gewünschte Verbindung vor Fahrtantritt überprüft werden.

Update vom Donnerstag, 06.02.2020, 16.26 Uhr: Und täglich grüßt eine Störung bei der S-Bahn des RMV. Heute ist es mal wieder das Stellwerk in Frankfurt-Höchst, das pünktlich zum Feierabendverkehr zickt. Das trifft die S1 und die S2, sowie die RB10, RB 11, RB12, die RB22 sowie den RE4 und den RE20.

Momentan ist mit Zugausfällen, Umleitungen und Verspätungen zu rechnen. Wie üblich empfiehlt die Deutsche Bahn, die Verbindung vor Fahrtantritt noch einmal zu überprüfen.

Update vom Mittwoch, 05.02.2020, 6.36 Uhr: Auf den S-Bahn-Linien S1 und S2 kommt es derzeit zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen. Der Grund dafür ist eine Weichenstörung in Offenbach-Bieber. Wie lange die Störung noch andauern wird, ist derzeit noch unklar. Es kommt deshalb auch zu einem Ausfall der sogenannten Taktverdichter.

Update vom Montag, 03.02.2020, 14.57 Uhr: Die Polizei Westhessen hat auf Twitter den Grund für die Einschränkungen auf den S-Bahnlinien S3 und S4 präzisiert. Demnach habe die S3 am Bahnhof Eschborn Süd nicht in Richtung Frankfurt abfahren können, weil Teilnehmer einer vorangegangenen Demonstration die Türen der S-Bahn blockierten. Mittlerweile rolle die S-Bahn aber wieder, die Störungen dürften damit in Kürze ein Ende haben.

Bei den Demonstranten handelt es sich wohl um Rüstungsgegner, die am Morgen am Bundesamt für Wirtschaft und Ausfuhrkontrolle (BAFA) in Eschborn protestiert hatten. Nach Angaben einer Sprecherin der Gruppe waren etwa 100 Aktivisten vor Ort, mit Transparenten und Trommeln. Der Protest richte sich gegen Exportgenehmigungen für Rüstungsgüter in Länder wie Mexiko, Ungarn, Saudi Arabien oder die Türkei. Für den Vormittag waren Gespräche angekündigt gewesen.

RMV Frankfurt: Signalstörung in Hanau

Update vom Montag, 03.02.2020, 9.52 Uhr: Wie der RMV mitteilt, ist die Signalstörung in Hanau mittlerweile behoben. Es kann allerdings noch bis circa 11 Uhr zu Verspätungen auf den Linien S8 und S9 kommen.

Update vom Donnerstag, 30.01.2020, 16.12 Uhr: Die RMV-Störung an einem Stellwerk in Kelsterbach ist beendet. Die S-Bahn-Linien S8 and S9 fahren laut RMV wieder auf der regulären Strecke. Es könne aber noch bis etwa 17 zu Verspätungen kommen.

Störungen beim RMV: Stellwerk legt Frankfurt Flughafen Regionalbahnhof lahm

Update vom Donnerstag, 30.01.2020, 14.43 Uhr: Wegen einer Stellwerksstörung ist zurzeit der Regionalbahnhof at the Flughafen Frankfurt lahmgelegt.

The S9 verkehrt laut RMV auf der Strecke der S1 von Wiesbaden über Frankfurt-Höchst nach Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The S8 fährt über Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof. Die Halte Frankfurt Gateway Gardens und Frankfurt Flughafen Regionalbahnhof entfallen. Grund ist dem RMV zufolge die Störung eines Stellwerks in Kelsterbach.

Wie Passagiere der betroffenen S-Bahnen berichten, geht derzeit am Regionalbahnhof am Flughafen Frankurt nichts mehr. Sie seien vom Fahrer der S-Bahn zum Fernbahnhof geschickt worden mit dem Hinweis, dort „ihr Glück zu versuchen“.

RMV-Störungen: Weiche bei der S-Bahn Frankfurt wieder repariert

Update vom Donnerstag, 30.01.2020, 6.16 Uhr: Gute Neuigkeiten für alle Pendler: Die Weiche im S-Bahn-Tunnel in Frankfurt konnte repariert werden und der Tunnel in der Nacht von Mittwoch (29.01.2020) auf Donnerstag wieder freigegeben werden. Der S-Bahn-Verkehr in und um Frankfurt sollte am Donnerstag also wieder normal rollen.

Update vom Mittwoch, 29.01.2020, 15.20 Uhr: Seit Mittwochmorgen kommt es bei den S-Bahnen des RMV zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen. Schuld ist eine kaputte Weiche im S-Bahn-Tunnel. Das Ersatzteil dafür muss besorgt und eingebaut werden.

Wie der RMV nun auf Twitter mitteilt, wird das S-Bahn-Chaos vermutlich noch bis in die Morgenstunden des Donnerstag (30.01.2020), etwa 4 Uhr, dauern. Fahrgäste brauchen also gute Nerven…

Update vom Mittwoch, 29.01.2020, 10.55 Uhr: Alle, die heute auf die S-Bahnen und den öffentlichen Nahverkehr im Rhein-Main-Gebiet angewiesen sind, müssen jetzt stark sein: Die Probleme mit der Weichenstörung im S-Bahn-Tunnel werden vorraussichtlich noch den ganzen Tag bestehen. Das sagt eine Sprecherin der Deutschen Bahn auf Nachfrage.

Ein Teil einer Weiche im Tunnel sei kaputt, weshalb ein Ersatzteil besorgt werden muss. Deshalb werde es vorraussichtlich den ganzen Tag zu Einschränkungen kommen. The S-Bahn-Tunnel sei einseitig befahrbar, daher komme es zu einem Engpass. Die Linien S3, S4, S8 and S9 fahren im Gegengleis im 30 Minutentakt. Die Linien S1, S2, S5 and S6 werden um den Tunnel herum umgeleitet.

Frankfurt RMV: Vermutlich noch den ganzen Tag Störungen im S-Bahn-Verkehr

Update vom Mittwoch, 29.01.2020, 09.16 Uhr: Weiterhin großes Chaos im Frankfurter S-Bahn-Verkehr. Aufgrund einer Weichenstörung im S-Bahn-Tunnel in Frankfurt kommt es auf fast allen Linien zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen.

Am Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt sind die Bahnsteige völlig überfüllt, darüber hinaus fahren S-Bahnen auf unüblichen Gleisen. So fährt die S4 in Richtung Langen beispielsweise auf Gleis 103 statt auf Gleis 102. Trotzdem werden nach mehreren übereinstimmenden Angaben keine besonderen Ansagen zur Situation im S-Bahn-Tunnel in Frankfurt gemacht. Dies führe auch dazu, dass Menschen in falsche S-Bahnen einsteigen.

Frankfurt RMV: Ausfälle und Verspätungen auf allen S-Bahn-Linien

Update vom Mittwoch, 29.01.2020, 07.40 Uhr: Der RMV hat die Umleitungsstrecken der betroffenen S-Bahn-Linien bekannt gegeben. Demnach wird die S1 über den Südbahnhof Frankfurt umgeleitet, die S-Bahnen der Linie S2 from Niedernhausen kommend enden in Frankfurt-Griesheim, die S-Bahnen der LinieS2 out Dietzenbach kommend enden am Hauptbahnhof Offenbach. The S5 pendelt zwischen Friedrichsdorf Bahnhof und Frankfurt-Rödelheim, the S6 endet vorzeitig am Hauptbahnhof Frankfurt ohne Halt an den Stationen Frankfurt Messe und Galluswarte. Die Linien S3, S4 und S9 verkehren weiterhin durch denS-Bahn-Tunnel in Frankfurt. Wie lange die Weichenstörung im Tunnel andauern wird, ist derzeit unbekannt.

Update vom Mittwoch, 29.01.2020, 07.29 Uhr: Wieder einmal Chaos im Berufsverkehr auf fast allen S-Bahn-Linien in Frankfurt. Grund dafür ist laut RMV eine Weichenstörung im Frankfurter S-Bahn-Tunnel. Es kommt auf den Linien S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, S8 und S9 zu Verspätungen, Ausfällen und Umleitungen.

Update vom Montag, 27.01.2020, 19.35 Uhr: Kaum ist eine Störung beendet, folgt bei der S-Bahn in Frankfurt schon die nächste: Auf den Linien S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 und S9 kommt es zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen. Das teilt der RMV mit.  Grund dafür sei eine technische Störung an einem Zug an der Konstablerwache in Frankfurt.

Auch die S7 hat ein Problem: Wegen einer Signalstörung in Groß-Gerau kommt es dort ebenfalls zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen.

Update vom Montag, 27.01.2020, 18.57 Uhr: Die Störung bei der S-Bahn in Frankfurt ist laut RMV wieder beendet. Es könne aber noch bis etwa 20 Uhr zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen kommen. Grund für die Probleme auf den Linien S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 und S9 war ein liegengebliebener Zug am Lokalbahnhof in Frankfurt.

Update vom Montag, 27.01.2020, 18.14 Uhr: Auf fast allen S-Bahn-Linien des RMV in Frankfurt kommt es zurzeit zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen. Betroffen sind die S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 und S9. Wie der RMV mitteilt, ist am Lokalbahnhof in Frankfurt ein Zug liegen geblieben. Die Dauer der Störung ist unbekannt.

Frankfurt RMV: Ausfälle bei allen S-Bahnen

Update vom Donnerstag, 23.01.2020, 11.23 Uhr: Wegen eines Polizeieinsatzes kommt es zu Verspätungen und Ausfällen bei der S8 and S9. Die S-Bahnen verkehren über „Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof”, die Haltestelle „Kelsterbach Bahnhof”, „Frankfurt Flughafen Regionalbahnhof” und „Frankfurt Gateway Gardens” entfallen dabei.

Update vom Mittwoch, 22.01.2020, 19:30 Uhr: Die Störung auf den Linien S1, S8 and S9 dauern an, nachdem eine ICE die Oberleitung bei Rüsselsheim abgerissen hat. Die Bahn geht davon aus, dass der Verkehr Richtung Frankfurt gegen 20 Uhr wieder aufgenommen werden könne.

Die Beseitigung der Störung im Gleis in Fahrtrichtung Mainz und Wiesbaden dauert dagegen voraussichtlich bis in die Nachmittagsstunden des Donnerstags an. Davon betroffen sind damit auch Reisende vom und zum Flughafen Frankfurt. Rund um die Unglücksstelle hat die Bahn einen Schienenersatzverkehr mit Bussen eingerichtet.

Update vom Mittwoch, 22.01.2020, 15:40 Uhr: Die abgerissene Oberleitung in Raunheim beeinträchtigt weiterhin den S-Bahn-Verkehr in und um Frankfurt. Jetzt ist auch die S9 betroffen. Die Linie S9 wird zwischen “Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof” und “Wiesbaden-Mainz-Kastel Bahnhof” umgeleitet und verkehrt wie die Linie S1 über “Frankfurt Höchst Bahnhof”. Ersatzweise verkehren Busse zwischen Kelsterbach und Rüsselsheim, die alle Unterwegshalte bedienen.

Bei der Linie S1 entfallen die sogenannten Zwischentakter, die Linie verkehrt in einem 30-Minuten-Takt. Die Linie S8 aus Fahrtrichtung Frankfurt endet und wendet in “Kelsterbach Bahnhof”, aus Fahrtrichtung Wiesbaden enden und wenden die S-Bahnen in “Rüsselsheim Bahnhof”.

Update vom Mittwoch, 22.01.2020, 12:59 Uhr: Weiterhin kommt es auf den S-Bahn-Linien S8 und S9 zu Verspätungen und Ausfällen wegen einer Oberleitungsstörung in Raunheim. Wie jetzt bekannt geworden ist, hat ein ICE die Oberleitung abgerissen. Dadurch kommt es auch zu Verzögerungen im Fernverkehr.

Update vom Mittwoch, 22.01.2020, 11:12 Uhr: Wie der RMV mitteilt, kommt es aktuell auf den S-Bahn-Linien S8 und S9 zu Ausfällen, Verspätungen und Umleitungen aufgrund einer Oberleitungsstörung in Raunheim.

RMV Frankfurt: Verspätungen und Ausfälle im S-Bahn-Verkehr

Die Linie S8 aus Fahrtrichtung Frankfurt endet und wendet in “Kelsterbach Bahnhof”, aus Fahrtrichtung Wiesbaden enden und wenden die S-Bahnen in “Rüsselsheim Bahnhof”. Die Linie S9 wird zwischen “Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof” und “Wiesbaden-Mainz-Kastel Bahnhof” umgeleitet und verkehrt wie die Linie S1 über “Frankfurt Höchst Bahnhof”.

Update vom Dienstag, 21.01.2020, 7.21 Uhr: Wegen einer Signalstörung bei Rödermark-Ober-Roden kommt es zu Verspätungen auf der Linie S1.

Update vom Montag, 20.01.2020, 17.33 Uhr: Ähnlich wie schon heute Morgen gibt es erneut Probleme aufgrund einer Oberleitungsstörung zwischen “Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof” und “Frankfurt-Nied Bahnhof”. Es kann zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen auf den Linien S1, S2, S8 and S9 kommen. Auf der Linie RB12 kommt es zu Teilausfällen zwischen “Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof” und “Frankfurt-Höchst Bahnhof”.

Update vom Montag, 20.01.2020, 7.14 Uhr: Derzeit kommt es zu Verspätungen und Ausfällen auf den Linien S1, S2, S8 und  S9. Grund dafür sind Probleme an der Oberleitung zwischen dem Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof und Frankfurt-Nied.

Update vom Samstag, 18.01.2020, 18.14 Uhr: Die Stellwerkstörung in Frankfurt-Höchst ist behoben, einzelne Züge der Linien S1 und S2 sind noch verspätet.

Update vom Samstag, 18.01.2020, 16.56 Uhr: Nach den Gegenständen im Gleis bietet die Deutsche Bahn nun eine Stellwerkstörung in Frankfurt-Höchst. Die Züge der Linien S1 und S2 in dem Bereich sind aktuell mit Verspätung unterwegs.

Update vom Samstag, 18.01.2020, 13.26 Uhr: Die Störung in Langen ist behoben, meldet die Deutsche Bahn. Dort waren Gegenstände in die Oberleitung geraten. Um welche Gegenstände es sich handelt, ist nicht bekannt. Der Bahnverkehr läuft zwischen Frankfurt und Darmstadt wieder an, es kommt auf den Linien S3, S4, RB67, RB68 und RE70 aber weiterhin zu leichten Verspätungen.

Update vom Samstag, 18.01.2020, 12.58 Uhr: Bei den S-Bahnen des RMV in Frankfurt kommt es zu Verspätungen. Betroffen sind die S3 und die S4. Grund dafür sind laut RMV Gegenstände in Gleisnähe.

Update vom Donnerstag, 16.01.2020, 10.01 Uhr: Die S-Bahn-Störung auf den Linien S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 and S9 ist mittlerweile behoben. Das teilt der RMV auf Twitter mit.

Es könne aber noch bis etwa 10.45 Uhr zu Verspätungen kommen. Grund für die Störung war demnach eine Signalstörung an der Station “Konstablerwache”.

Frankfurt RMV: Verspätungen auf allen Linien der S-Bahn

Update vom Donnerstag, 16.01.2020, 09.31 Uhr: Auf fast allen Linien der S-Bahn in Frankfurt kommt es zu Verspätungen. They are affected S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S8 and S9. Grund ist laut RMV eine Signalstörung an der Konstablerwache in Frankfurt. Wie lange die Störung dauert, ist unklar.

Update vom Dienstag, 14.01.2020, 14.24 Uhr: Der Fund einer toten Frau bei Kriftel hat am Morgen für große Verzögerungen und Ausfälle im Bahnverkehr auf der Strecke der S2 gesorgt. Wie die Polizei berichtet, gibt es keine Hinweise auf Fremdeinwirkung, man gehe von einem suizidalen Hintergrund vor.

RMV Frankfurt: S2 bei Kriftel gesperrt

Update vom Dienstag, 14.01.2020, 11.34 Uhr: Wie der RMV auf Twitter vermeldet, ist die Sperrung auf der Strecke der S2 zwischen Hofheim und Frankfurt-Höchst wieder aufgehoben.

Am Morgen war dort wegen eines oder einer Toten ermittelt worden, der bei Kriftel an einem Bahnübergang gefunden wurde. Über die Todesumstände ist noch nichts bekannt.

Update vom Dienstag, 14.01.2020, 10.32 Uhr: Am Dienstag (14.01.2020) kommt es weiterhin zu Störungen im Regional- und S-Bahn-Verkehr. Das Sorgenkind ist die S-Bahn S2. Die Strecke der Bahn zwischen Hofheim und Frankfurt-Höchst ist weiterhin gesperrt.

Grund ist Polizeieinsatz in Kriftel (Main-Taunus-Kreis), wo eine Leiche an einem Bahnübergang gefunden wurde. Was genau dort passiert ist, ist noch unklar, wie ein Polizeisprecher berichtet. Auch ob es sich bei dem Toten um einen Mann oder eine Frau handelt, könne man nicht sagen.

RMV Frankfurt: Strecke der S2 bei Kriftel gesperrt – Toter gefunden

Hinweise auf eine Straftat lägen jedoch nicht vor. Die Bundespolizei ermittelt. Dass es sich bei dem oder der Toten um eine Frau handelt, die in Kriftel vermisst wird, schließe man derzeit aus. Die Bahnstrecke der Deutschen Bahn bleibt vermutlich noch eine Weile gesperrt, bis die Ermittlungen dort abgeschlossen sind.

Auf der S-Bahn-Linie S2 kommt es aufgrund des Zwischenfalls weiterhin zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen. Die Bahnen der Linie S2 verkehren im 60-Minuten-Takt zwischen Niedernhausen Bahnhof und Hofheim Bahnhof, im 15-Minuten-Takt zwischen Dietzenbach Bahnhof und Frankfurt Griesheim Bahnhof und im 30-Minuten-Takt zwischen Dietzenbach Bahnhof und Frankfurt-Höchst Bahnhof. Die Bahnstrecke der Linie RE20/RB22 ist zwischen Hofheim Bahnhof und Frankfurt-Höchst Bahnhof unterbrochen.

Frankfurt RMV: Strecke der S2 gesperrt

Erstmeldung vom Dienstag, 14.01.2020, 9.09 Uhr: Der RMV hat mittlerweile seine Informationen zur Störung auf der Linie S2 konkretisiert. Es kommt zu Ausfällen und Verspätungen.

Die Bahnen der Linie S2 verkehren im 60-Minuten-Takt zwischen Niedernhausen Bahnhof und Hofheim Bahnhof, im 15-Minuten-Takt zwischen Dietzenbach Bahnhof und Frankfurt Griesheim Bahnhof und im 30-Minuten-Takt zwischen Dietzenbach Bahnhof und Frankfurt-Höchst Bahnhof.

Die Strecke der Linie RE20/RB22 ist zwischen Hofheim Bahnhof und Frankfurt-Höchst Bahnhof unterbrochen. Grund ist laut RMV ein Notarzteinsatz bei Kriftel.
