Four teenagers arrested after assaulting a 14-year-old in Oud-Beijerland Inland

Officers responded to a report of a fight on the Randweg. It turned out that the 14-year-old had been assaulted and that minor bystanders had also been beaten.

The suspects are two 15-year-old boys from Oud-Beijerland, one 15-year-old from Numansdorp and a 16-year-old from Heinenoord. Two of them were arrested on Saturday. The victim, also from Oud-Beijerland, and the bystanders sustained minor injuries.

The police are investigating and are talking to the municipality and youth work to find an “appropriate solution” for bystanders and witnesses of this incident.
