The list of casualties in the Ecuadorian Soccer Team rises. Now, there are four players left out of Félix Sánchez Bas’s roster to face the FIFA double date against Australia, on March 24 and 28.
The Ecuadorian Football Federation issued a statement in which it announced the medical report of Gonzalo Plata, Enner Valencia and José Hurtado, who will miss the first match of the tricolor team under the command of the Spanish strategist.
According to the report, Plata presents a grade 1 muscle injury in the adductor area of the right leg; Valencia has a right knee injury; and Hurtado an injury to his groin.
The three elements join Carlos Gruezo, who was also released from the roster due to a muscle tear in his right hamstring.
