Four deaths from coronavirus in the last 24 hours in the Region of Murcia | Radio Murcia

The evolution of the pandemic in regional territory continues to worsen. According to public health data, there are four new deaths from Covid-19.

They are a 65-year-old man from Cartagena, another 86-year-old man from Moratalla and two women, 76 and 68 years old, from Caravaca and Jumilla, respectively. All of them suffered from previous pathologies. The death toll therefore rises to 172.

The number of positive cases in the last 24 hours is even higher than the previous day 438. Of these new cases, 76 correspond to the municipality of Murcia, 62 to Lorca, 55 to Cartagena, 46 to Jumilla, which marks a very worrying maximum on his first day of confinement because the day before he marked only 9 new cases.

There are 26 new cases in Molina de Segura, 18 in Torre Pacheco, 15 in Totana, 14 in Yecla, 11 in Archena, 11 in Las Torres de Cotillas, 10 in La Unión, 9 in Caravaca de la Cruz, 9 in Cieza, 8 to Alcantarilla, 7 to Los Alcázares, 7 to Fuente Álamo, and 6 to San Pedro del Pinatar. The rest are distributed among various locations
