Formula 1: the very first images of the future Alpine have leaked – Formula 1

A piece of a clip presenting the future single-seater of the Alpine team has been talking for several hours on social networks.

It will be necessary to wait on January 14 at 8:00 am precisely to discover the true contours of the new single-seater of the Renault F1 team renamed the Alpine F1 Team. New name, therefore, but also a new dress with a color code radically different from that of previous seasons adopted by the Losange. The future racing car representing the Dieppe manufacturer and driven by the Esteban Ocon-Fernando Alonso duo is therefore highly anticipated by Formula 1 fans at the dawn of the 2021 season.

The red white blue clearly present in the images

The supporters of the Enstone team have, for a few hours, images to be put in their mouths in preview, to be patient. A very short animated sequence, six seconds precisely, would have leaked on social networks. We can see very briefly the front of the car with the tricolor printed on the spoiler. The Alpine passes like lightning on a snow-covered mountain road but we also have time to distinguish the blue-white-red in good position also on the rear part of the 2021 livery. In the background, a bit of a sentence pronounced by a person presented as being Luca de Meo (general manager and president of the Renault group), is heard: “So the image you see a little…” That’s all.

Organized leak or truly stolen images?

Difficult to draw hasty conclusions from this piece of video. Sequence voluntarily released on social networks to raise the sauce as D-Day looms or real information leak of the next presentation clip? Mystery. Still, speculation is rife on the face of the future single-seater when the Italian press announces the arrival of Davide Brivio at the head of the team. The former team manager of Valentino Rossi at Yamaha in Moto GP could take the place of Cyril Abiteboul (who would remain within the group). Suzuki also formalized the start of the Transalpine on Thursday, which managed to bring the Japanese brand back to the top of the premier class.
