Oh Young-ran is a veteran goalkeeper who won two silver medals and one bronze medal in the Olympics.
However, in July of last year, who played for Incheon City Hall as a player and coach, exposure of junior players came out. It was revealed that he was forced to give money or gifts, and also spoke of sexual harassment. Oh Young-ran submitted his resignation letter, and the Incheon City Sports Association imposed a six-month disciplinary punishment for suspension of qualifications due to sexual harassment and damage to dignity.
The Sports Fair Committee imposed a heavier discipline than the Incheon City Sports Council.
At the time, coach Han-joon Jo was also disciplined for three months from the Incheon City Sports Association for calling his players to a private dinner party.
