Oh Young-ran submitted his resignation letter, and the Incheon City Sports Association imposed a six-month disciplinary punishment for suspension of qualifications due to sexual harassment and damage to dignity.
The Sports Fair Committee imposed a heavier discipline than the Incheon City Sports Council.
