“I am sure that after several years of turbulence in relations with the Council of Europe, caused by the unjustified and groundless return of the Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, we were able to turn this page, also thanks to the principled position of the Secretary General. and develop relations with the Council of Europe in favor of both Ukraine and Europe as a whole, “Kuleba said.

Let us remind you that in the summer of 2019 PACE returned to Russia all powers, despite the fact that Moscow did not comply with any of the seven resolutions that became the reason for the sanctions against the Russian delegation.
