Foreign media highlight Master Abdul Somad (UAS) who is called will not give up trying to come again after being ‘expelled’ Singapore.
The Singapore government views UAS as an extremist figure and segregates or divides society.

The Malay Kingdom in question is the Sultanate of Johor and the Sultanate of Johor-Riau. In detail, the Sultanate of Johor controlled Tumasik or Singapore during the years 1511-1699 and the Sultanate of Johor-Riau during 1699-1818. Before finally being controlled by a British trading company under the rule of Thomas Stamford Raffles since January 19, 1819 AD.
“I’m tired of going to Singapore is the same as saying I’m tired of going to Minangkabau. This is because Singapore is a Malay land. My grandmother has relatives, children and grandchildren who live in Singapore,” said UAS, Channel News Asia quote UAS comments in the video on Youtube.
UAS continued, his intention was to visit Singapore recently so that his wife and children get to know their ancestors. However, he was refused entry by the Singapore Government immigration at Tanah Merah Port, Singapore. He admitted that the officers separated himself from the group in a room.
Singapore’s Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) later confirmed that it had deported UAS because UAS was considered a pro-extremism religious broadcaster and a suicide bomber. Citing the official website of the Ministry of Home Affairs in Singapore, UAS is considered unacceptable by Singaporeans who tend to be multiracial and multireligious.
The Singapore government also said that UAS had made comments that demeaned other religions such as Christianity. UAS is also said to have said the cross is the abode of the infidel jinn.
In addition, UAS has also publicly stated that adherents of religions other than Islam are infidels. This statement is very serious for the Singapore Government, whose population consists of various religious adherents.
