Foreign investors are lego of these stocks when the JCI strengthens in the first session Monday (23/11)

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) rose 0.89% or rose 49,514 points to a level of 5,621,170 in the first trading session, Monday (23/11). Throughout trading until the lunch break, JCI moved in the green zone and remained at its highest level.

Citing RTI data, all sectors turn green. The basic industry sector led with an increase of 2.28%, the infrastructure sector rose 1.79%, the mining sector also increased 1.48% and the manufacturing sector rose 1.13%.

The total trading volume on the IDX reaches 12 billion shares with a total transaction value until lunch break reaching Rp 6.15 trillion. A total of 287 stocks rose, 143 stocks flushed and 178 stocks remained unchanged.

Foreign investors recorded a net buy in all markets of Rp 229 billion. Meanwhile, foreigners also recorded a net buy in the regular market of Rp 199.7 billion. However, foreigners took advantage of the JCI increase by releasing a number of these shares.

Foreigners sell shares of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) IDR 33.6 billion. Even though it was sold out, ASII shares edged higher in the session, up 0.44% to Rp 5,750 per share. The total trading volume of ASII’s sahsm reached 15 million with a transaction value of Rp. 87.4 billion.

Foreigners also sell shares of PT Adaro Energy Tbk (ADRO) Rp 29.3 billion. ADRO’s shares also gained 2.47% to Rp 1,245 per share despite being released by foreigners. ADRO’s share trading volume reached 94 million with a transaction value of IDR 117.4 billion.

Foreigners also sell shares of PT Bank Negara Indonesia Tbk (BBNI) Rp 22.4 billion. Although released by foreigners, BBNI shares also rose 1.32% to Rp 5,750 per share. The total trading volume of BBNI’s shares reached 24.2 million with a transaction value of IDR 138.4 billion.
