Forbes’ list of the most influential women in the world is not topped by Merkel for the first time since 2011

The most influential woman in the world is the writer Mackenzie Scott, the ex-wife of billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. In second place is the Vice President of the United States Kamala Harris, in the third place is the head of the European Central Bank Christine Lagarde, the fourth is General Motors CEO Mary Barra, in fifth place – ex-wife of Microsoft founder Bill Gates Melinda French Gates.

Merkel did not include in the list after the resignation of the Chancellor of Forbes.

Representatives of Ukraine were not included in the Forbes rating.
