For the sake of building a philosophy at Manchester United, Ralf Rangnick immediately recruits former New York Red Bulls coach: Okezone Bola

MANCHESTER – Trainer Manchester United, Ralf Rangnick, moved quickly to establish a football philosophy at Old Trafford. He was also rumored to be recruiting his acquaintance, Chris Armas, into the ranks of his coaching staff.

Rangnick worked with Armas while still working as Head of Sport and Development for the football club franchise, Red Bull. For your information, Armas is a former coach of Toronto FC and the New York Red Bulls.

However, Armas is unemployed after being kicked out of the Toronto coaching chair in the summer of 2021 ago. As a result, the opportunity to join Man United is wide open.

Armas knew Rangnick while managing the New York Red Bulls from 2018 to 2020. In 2019, Rangnick was appointed Head of Sports and Development for the Red Bulls.

As reported Goal International, Tuesday (7/12/2021), Rangnick is rumored to be recruiting Armas. Rangnick thinks Armas has the same vision of football as him.

However, it is not an easy matter for Armas to immediately come to Old Trafford. The reason is, as has been experienced by Rangnick, Britain’s exit from the European Union will make it difficult for Armas to apply for a work permit.

Regardless, Armas is believed to be the right person to help Rangnick lift Man United’s performance. Apart from Armas, Rangnick is also reportedly planning to recruit a former RB Leipzig sports psychologist, Sascha Lens.
