Riyadh: National Games in Saudi Arabia for the first time. The first National Games will be held in Riyadh on October 27th. The opening ceremony will be held at the King Fahd International Stadium. More than six thousand athletes will line up for the first Games in Saudi history.
The prize pool for the winners of the 10-day Games is 20 Riyal crore.
The Saudi Games were announced two years ago. It was later postponed due to the covid situation. More than 20,000 male and female athletes participated in the qualifying rounds. More than 6,000 athletes participate in the Games. Athletes representing 200 clubs from different parts of the country participate. The Paralympics will also participate in the Olympic Committee.
