Football – Dusseldorf – Professional contract for the right back of Fortuna Uchino – Sport

Düsseldorf (dpa / lnw) – Second division football club Fortuna Düsseldorf has given a professional contract to right-back Takashi Uchino. The 21-year-old joined the Düsseldorf U23 squad from Alemannia Aachen in the summer and celebrated his second Bundesliga debut in March. The Japanese has made three appearances there so far, but he has been missing since July due to a tear in syndesmosis. “Taka ‘is returning to the team after his injury and we hope that his strength and his racing mentality will be an important factor in the second half of the season,” said Fortuna sporting director Christian Weber unspecified.
