After having worked in Saint-Etienne, Troyes, Lyon, Swansea, Marseille and Galatasaray, Bafétimbi Gomis – known as Bafé – is currently enjoying happy (and lucrative!) Days in Saudi Arabia, in the Al-Hilal jersey, neither more nor less than leader of the Saudi championship.
The 34-year-old French international, who also has Senegalese nationality, celebrated a goal in his own way on matchday 17 (3-1 victory over Al Raed Buraidah). After transforming a penalty, he was drinking coffee on the lawn when he came to express his joy in front of the supporters.
Others would probably have preferred champagne or beer …
