Food references, withdrawn products of a well-known brand: chemical risk. The Ministry of Health has issued a new list

On Thursday 2 December, the Ministry of Health has issued a list of food recalls concerning various products on sale in our supermarkets. Some for chemical risk, others for microbiological risk, are dangerous for the health of consumers and must be immediately returned to the point of sale for reimbursement. Under no circumstances should you consume them, as they could pose a health risk.

As the ministry recalls on its reference site, “food business operators (FBOs) have the obligation to inform their customers about the non-compliance found in the food they market and to withdraw the product from the market.
In addition to the recall, if the product has already been sold to the consumer, the FBO must also provide for the recall, i.e. it must inform consumers about the products at risk. This can also be done by means of signs to be affixed in the points of sale. Everything is also reported in the specific area of ​​the Ministry of Health portal“.
