Flu 2020: 7 effective natural treatments to cure

1. Colloidal silver

In case of fever, it is recommended to eat or chew 3 grains of black pepper, 5 to 10 basil leaves and 5 neem leaves, three times a day. You can also boil 3 or 4 cloves in 1 liter of water for 30 minutes and drink in small sips throughout the day. To overcome fatigue, peel the coriander seeds by rolling them in absorbent paper and make a herbal tea. Drink a cup as needed. For headache, you can relieve yourself by applying camphor oil on the forehead, and finally, for your dry cough, it is recommended to drink a mixture of one tbsp of fresh ginger juice to 1 tbsp of cane sugar, followed by a fumigation of boiling water for 20 to 30 minutes.

6. Homeopathy

Homeopathy is the only medicine that is effective, natural and applicable to everyone, without any risk of side effects. The advantage of this type of treatment is that several kinds of use are possible: in massage for example, it is advisable to mix 2 drops of ravintsara, eucalyptus, noble laurel and tea tree, then apply this mixture in light massages in the lower back, along the spine and on the chest 4 to 6 times a day. In broadcast, mix in equal parts in a 10ml bottle of lemon essence, HE of ravintsara and and HE of radiated eucalyptus. To be broadcast 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the evening. To swallow, ask a pharmacist to prepare the following capsules: 25 mg of HE of thyme with thymol, 25 mg of Ceylon cinnamon and 25 mg of compact oregano. Take 2 capsules 3 times a day.
