Florida man kills Burger King employee for late order

An employee of a Burger King and Florida passed away after being shot by a man inside the restaurant.

According to the Orange County Sheriff, the incident happened Saturday ats 7:30 pm in the Burger King of block 700 of E. Colonial Drive.

The victim was identified as Desmond Armond Joshua, 22 years old. The worker died in an area hospital after being shot by Kelvis Rodríguez-Tormes, 37 years old.

According to the report, the restaurant was being visited more than usual and was having trouble processing orders. A woman became upset with the wait, got out of her vehicle and threatened to bring “her man” to reimburse her $ 40 dollars he had spent.

Minutes later Rodríguez-Tormes appeared to demand that Joshua fight with him. A man managed to separate those involved, but the suspect returned armed to the scene and shot the employee. The woman and Rodríguez-Tormes they fled in their vehicles.

The shooter was arrested shortly after the incident. The subject must answer for first-degree murder and destruction of evidence since got rid of the weapon he used.
