Flip Dejaeghere visits 300 top restaurants around the world every year: “These top chefs are all friends”

The Michelin guide has one very loyal customer: Flip Dejaeghere (51) from Duffel. He runs his own bookkeeping office, but dining in star restaurants is his hobby. Every year he travels the world to eat in an average of 300 top establishments. Sometimes he even does three in one day. “These top chefs are all friends.”
