Flights between New York and Mallorca almost fully booked until September

According to the President of the Balearic Business Association for Travel Agencies (Aviba), Francesc Mulet, the utilization of flights between New York and Mallorca in July, August and September is around 95 percent. In addition, numerous machines are already fully booked.

There are currently three direct flights per week. About 600 North American tourists arrive in the island’s capital each week.

The first direct flight from New York-Newark landed at Palma’s Son Sant Joan Airport on June 3rd. The flight route between the world metropolis and the Balearic island will be offered up to and including September 16th. The route will also be maintained in the coming year.
