The reform of social protection is on the menu of the next government council to be held on Tuesday, April 20. Three implementing decrees relating to this reform will be examined during this council.

The first relates to the law relating to the targeting system for beneficiaries of social support programs and to the creation of the National Registry Agency.

The other two decrees relate to the application of Law No.15-98 relating to compulsory basic health insurance and Law No.15-99 establishing a pension scheme for categories of professionals, self-employed workers and self-employed persons exercising a private activity, with regard to doctors and architects.

The council will also work on the examination of two draft decrees which relate to the application of the decree-law relating to the promulgation of exceptional measures for the benefit of certain employers affiliated to the National Social Security Fund (CNSS) and their declared employees. , as well as for the benefit of certain categories of self-employed workers and self-employed persons insured with the CNSS and affected by the consequences of the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic, in the catering and catering sub-sectors. events and spaces for games and entertainment.

In addition, during this meeting the Minister of Health will give a presentation on the site of reform of the National Health System and its rehabilitation, indicates the Department of the head of government in a press release.

The Council will complete its work by examining proposals for appointment to high office in accordance with the provisions of article 92 of the Constitution, the press release concluded.
