First US appointment, what is being tested? Blood? Hormones?

Hi there:)

Can someone tell me what the FA should / must test at the first appointment? I have no idea and don’t want to ignore anything that could be important later. And what you have the right to be tested on. Or is the KK dependent?

So is the blood tested, for example? And the hormones?
And there is something in my app with sickle cells?
I would also like to be tested for toxoplasmosis or does the FA do it automatically?
