The first case of an infected MP with Covid-19 in the 46th parliament prompted Democratic Bulgaria to propose rules for remote participation in sittings for all those with a positive sample, as well as for MPs who have been in contact with an infected person.

The remote participation of the deputies will take place online through a video call, which will be projected in the hall. Sick sessions were held in the same way in the 45th and 44th National Assembly.
