Square Enix just announced that Final Fantasy VII Remake has passed more than 5 million copies worldwide, since its launch on April 10, 2020 exclusively on PS4. These figures include both physical and dematerialized sales.
In addition, Square Enix proudly announces that digital sales have been doing very well (thank you for the confinement) giving Final Fantasy VII Remake the title of “Fastest-selling digital game on the PlayStation platform in Square Enix history”. Indeed, the bugger still has 2 million downloads to date.
If you have not yet succumbed to Final Fantasy VII Remake, know that a demo is still available and that the title is also on sale at -34% on PlayStation Store right now.
