We’ve barely heard or seen anything about Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth since it was announced a year ago. Quite understandable considering that Square Enix has almost all of its focus on the impending launch of Final Fantasy XVI these days. Now, however, there are only 19 days left until the latter, so it’s time for a little update on the long-awaited second part of the remake.
Yoshinori Kitase has gone out on Twitter to tell us that development on Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth is going well and on schedule, so they’ve started discussing exactly when “next winter” it will launch.
