Industry Veteran Tina Jay Expands Creative portfolio with Key Visual Role on ZDF Gaumont‘s “RESET“
Tina Jay, a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in film and television, has recently completed work as Key Visual on six episodes of ZDF Gaumont’s “RESET,” a project for Standfotografie. this role marks a continuation of Jay’s diverse career, spanning costume work on major studio productions to producing and cinematography for documentary series and commercial campaigns.
Jay’s extensive filmography includes credits on blockbuster films like Fantastic Four (2005) where she served as Set Costumer/2nd Unit Supervisor, and Mission Impractical 4 (2010) as a Set Costumer. She also contributed to notable television series such as Smallville (Warner Brothers, 2007, Second Unit Supervisor) and Psych (ABC, 2010, Set Supervisor). Throughout the 2000s, Jay honed her skills as an Assistant Costume Designer on projects for Lifetime, Disney, and Bright Light Pictures, including Stolen Innocence (2006) and Addicted (2006).
Beyond costume design, Jay transitioned into producing and cinematography, serving as Associate Producer on Taken (A&E, 2011) and Titanic (storyhouse Productions, 2011). She also held roles as a Unit Photographer and Producer on National Geographic’s The Last Days of Bin Laden (2011) and Neanderthal Apocalypse (2012), and as Producer/Unit Photographer for Examination Revelation’s Forbidden (2013-2017).
In recent years, Jay has focused on commercial production as Director of Photographer for third Floor Productions, working with brands like Food Lion, Bedsider, and One Medical. Her early work also included a role as A Cam Operator on One Earth Productions’ Hometowns (2007).
