Filming of the Obi-Wan TV series really starts in March 2021 – Igromania


In the new interview Ewan McGregor, performer of the role Obi-Wan Kenobi, confirmed that the production of the series about the hero will start in March 2021.

The artist added that his character will be a big part of the story, but the plot may tell you something else. In addition, in terms of acting, McGregor wants to try to be stylistically closer to Alec Guinness, playing the part of Kenobi in the original trilogy.

The project script is in charge of Joby Harold (Army of the Dead), and directed by Deborah Chow (“Mandalorets”).

The premiere of the project was supposed to take place in 2021, however, according to Media, she moved to 2022.
