Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, received today, Wednesday, Mahmoud Al-Khatib, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahly Club.
During the session between them, various frameworks, legal and administrative aspects were discussed and related to Al-Ahly club’s request to return all financial donations that entered the club’s treasury according to what was stated in the club’s board of directors ’decision.
The Minister of Sports receives Al-Khatib to discuss the legal aspects related to Al-Ahly’s request to return all financial contributions that entered the club’s treasury.
The minister’s meeting with Al-Ahly’s president discussed studying all legal mechanisms to implement the club’s board of directors ’decision on the same issue issued on June 2, 2020.
The Ministry will respond to Al-Ahly Club after completing the study of the club’s speech in all its aspects, provided that this is done through a meeting between the legal departments of the Ministry and the club.
For his part, Al-Khatib expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the Minister of Youth and Sports and his keenness to create the atmosphere and solve all problems that afflict Al-Ahly and Egyptian sports in general.
