The Egyptian team bid farewell to the Confederation Cup in Africa after failing to defeat the rise of Moroccan Berkane.
The rise of Berkane defeated Al-Masry, against Al-Masry, with a goal against nothing in the second leg of the Confederation quarter-final.
Al-Masry did not win at home, and contented itself with a 2-2 draw, before losing in Morocco and bid farewell to the tournament.
The goal of the victory of Berkane Renaissance came from their usual weapon, the fixed balls. A perfect corner and header from Arab Naji shook the net in the 39th minute.

Tariq Al-Ashry, technical director of Al-Masry, relied on Mahmoud Wadi for the attack, along with Moftah Taktak and Ahmed Yasser.
While Amr Moussa participated alongside Farid Shawky in the middle of the stadium.
Al-Masry almost scored a goal after just 6 minutes after floundering inside the Moroccan team’s penalty area, but Clicking’s shot didn’t hit the net.
Ahmed Yasir Rayyan fell inside the penalty area of the referee, amid calls from the Egyptian players for a penalty, but the referee did not count anything.
In the 33rd minute, Al-Masry scored a goal that was canceled due to offside Ahmed Yasser Rayan.
Soon after, Nahdet Berkane scored a safe goal for the Moroccan team to reach the Confederation Cup semi-finals.
Al-Masry players again asked for a penalty in the second half because of a hand touch, but without any decision from the referee.
In the final moments of the match, Sa’id Sembori was deprived of a draw, and the referee blew his whistle, announcing the end of the match.
