Fight against climate change – store the CO2 from the Güsel underground: Futuristic technology is also to be used in Lucerne

The canton of Lucerne wants to be climate neutral by 2050. To achieve this, the Renergia waste incineration plant in Perlen is planning to reduce the CO₂-Capturing emissions and depositing them in decommissioned oil or gas fields abroad.
