A Feyzinoise and her 6-month-old child perished on the A31 motorway in the Côte d’Or on Wednesday afternoon.
The accident occurred Wednesday early in the afternoon near the town of Selongey, according to The Public Good.
A truck and a light vehicle collided in the Nancy-Beaune direction. Two occupants of the car died. According to Progress, of a 6 month old baby and his mother, originating from Feyzin, in the Metropolis of Lyon.
The family was on their way back, after a family visit to eastern France, according to the Lyon daily.
Three other people were injured, including one seriously. The truck driver is shocked, but unharmed.
The hail could be the source of the drama.
