Ferrari: Leclerc-Binotto meeting last night in Monaco – Formula 1

From the hot match at Silverstone at the end of the British Grand Prix before facing the usual interviews to a much more relaxed meeting in Monaco two days after a race of joy for Ferrari and Carlos Sainz and of profound disappointment for Charles Leclerc. As reported through a short video shot by the account Instagram adam_photos relaunched on Twitter from different profiles including the account Charles Leclerc Fan Page last night in Munich there was a match between the Ferrari driver and the team principal of the Scuderia di Maranello Mattia Binotto.

The activities dedicated to the media are already scheduled for tomorrow in view of the Austrian Grand Prix already Friday will see teams and drivers take to the track at 5pm for Qualifying which will determine the starting grid for the second Sprint of 2022 after just one free practice session. An important weekend, the third from last before the summer break, in which a maximum of 34 points will be up for grabs as regards the Drivers’ classification. Charles Leclerc must recover 43 in the ranking to the leader Max Verstappen with whom in Austria he already had a close duel in 2019 that rewarded the Dutch not without controversy due to a contact between Ferrari and Red Bull at the Remus hairpin.

The Monegasque driver will certainly have been pleased to receive team principal Mattia Binotto on a ‘home’ visit in Monaco, a non-trivial gesture considering how clogged the F1 calendar is in July, a meeting certainly useful to present yourself in a few hours on the hills of Styria with your mind focused exclusively on continuing the chase in the rankings at Verstappen and Red Bull.
