44-year-old mother of two daughters was killed on Friday November 26, at the foot of her home, in Epinay-sur-Seine (Seine-Saint-Denis). Her ex-boyfriend is in custody. What happened before this date?

The respondent was sentenced on July 25 to one year in prison, including six months closed for violence and threats against his partner on June 7. After serving his sentence, he had already come on October 5 to the foot of the building where the victim lived with his two daughters, 5 and 14 years old. She then triggered the telephone serious danger, which had been entrusted to him in July.
