But unfortunately all the money is spent on cat food, biscuits and milk. She can’t even pay her phone bill.

The cats were adopted when Kaptan was working in a private firm. Back then he could easily take care of himself, his cats and other expenses. In 2022, she was diagnosed with osteoporosis and was forced to quit her job. With that, things went off the rails. Even in this condition they are trying to remain extremely careful, but health problems due to lack of food are bothering them.

The cost of living in the UK in general is rising. According to the RSPCA, there will be a 24% increase in the number of abandoned pets in 2022 alone.
