Feeder? This is a frightening example of what it should not look like. You don’t have to be a nuclear engineer, but school is important, criticizes Zima

Michael Krmenčík recently transferred to the Indonesian club Persije Jakarta, where he will meet Ondřej Kúdela. However, in the club interview, he had a big problem with English and there were moments when he had a hard time getting a sentence out. And this is precisely what the talented defender David Zima criticized, who called Krmenčík a frightening example.

The defender of the Italian club FC Turin and the Czech representative Zima was a guest in the past few days podcast Z voljewhere he talked about representation, engagement in Italy and also came across education not only in connection with Krmenčík and his interview in Jakarta.

As you can see in the Twitter post below, Zima is convinced that school is simply important. Or at least a general overview and languages, which is objectively the thing through which a person probably represents himself the most.

Zima speaks three languages - English, German and Italian. In addition, he is gifted in mathematics, and at the time when he celebrated his first league title in the Slavia jersey at the age of nineteen, he was waiting for his high school diploma the next day, which he passed successfully.

As he also says in the podcast, studies at the University of Economics could no longer be combined with football.

The educated 21-year-old native of Olomouc and one of the biggest talents in Czech football apparently reacted rightly to Krmenčík’s first official interview in the Jakarta jersey.

As Zima also claims himself, the move to Slavia helped him on a personal level as well. He thus became independent at the age of nineteen.

“It helped me tremendously. I have matured, moved tactically and mentally. It was a different world in Slavia, we were like a family. You could feel it in the results and in the performance of the game. Even if we didn’t get into the Champions League, we thought that it wouldn’t matter, that even the Europa League is a good competition. We wanted to make a name for Czech football,” describing.

He has now made twenty starts in the Italian Serie A and started eleven matches in the national team. He also has a contract in Turin until the end of June 2025.
