The FPF Disciplinary Board initiated a disciplinary mega-process following the incidents that occurred at the end of the championship game between FC Porto and Sporting, held on 11 February. FC Porto SAD, Matheus Reis and several employees of the Dragons are among the targets of this “convolution of investigation process no. 09.05.2022”, as revealed by the FPF Disciplinary Board in a statement. In question are, namely, attacks on Matheus Reis, carried out by employees of the maintenance of the static advertising of Estádio do Dragão, the so-called blue vests. The initial process also included facts such as throwing plastic chairs onto the lawn or throwing a projectile into the four lines.
“The process was sent, on May 17, 2022, to the Instructors Committee of the Portuguese Professional Football League, with advertising being excluded until the end of the instruction”, adds the body chaired by Cláudia Santos, in the information available on the FPF website. .
