Telenet had to deal with a technical malfunction this evening. Some of the customers could no longer call and send text messages.
According to a spokesperson, the majority of customers would not have had any problems. The breakdown therefore only affected some of the customers. Data traffic continued to work for all customers.
Works that took place may have been at the root of the outage. The outage was resolved around 9:30 p.m.
