The American pop singer had made a request in court to remove Jamie Spears, 68, from his position as her administrator. She wanted to have him replaced by care manager Jodi Montgomery. The court rejected the application.
Jamie Spears has been in control for twelve years since Britney’s slump in 2007 and 2008, and will continue to do so until at least February 2021. The singer would like to be able to decide about her life again.
