During October, officers found human remains in the trunk of an abandoned car in Spokane, Washington state, according to a press release issued by police. It turned out to be a 19-year-old young man. The detectives soon found a murder suspect: John Eisenman (60), the father of the murdered boy’s girlfriend.
The agents suspect that the young man was murdered by Eisenman a year ago, in November 2020. He had learned a month earlier that his underage daughter had been sold to a prostitution gang in the Seattle area. According to police, he had received information that her ex-boyfriend had done so, and had managed to pick her up and return her home that same month, the New York Post reports.

Revenge
But Eisenman wanted revenge, according to the police. “When he met the 19-year-old man in Airway Heights, he kidnapped him, tied him up and threw him in the trunk of a car. He hit him several times on the head with a concrete block and stabbed him with a knife. After the murder, he drove to a remote part of North Spokane County and left the car there with the body in it.” The car remained there, police said, and was only driven back to Spokane last month. The body was found when the abandoned car was broken into.
Eisenman is now charged with murder and will be held until his trial. A $1 million bail has been secured. As someone who pays for him, he may await his trial at home. A fundraiser for the father has started online. “Many consider him a hero for what he has done,” reads the page.
