Fans are preparing Czech dubbing for Kingdom Come: Deliverance

Although it is Kingdom Come: Deliverance set in medieval Posázaví, had to do without official Czech dubbing for financial reasons. A pair of amateur studios have now decided to correct the absence of votes in our mother tongue.

The aim of the Megaran studio and the Brno Pilger Film is, for the time being, to perform all the cutscenes directed by Artur Komňacký. The creators then intend to combine them into one long film, which they then place on YouTube for viewing. You can taste semi-professional Czech dubbing on your own ears in the following teaser:

In the role of Jindra, you will hear Richard Wágner, who has dubbed experience from smaller roles, for example in the second line of the netflix series The End of the F *** ing World or from last year’s film adaptation of Ježek Sonic. His voice was also fresh remaku Mafia.

However, this initiative does not mean that the Czech language will actually be subsequently implemented into the game. In addition to movies, it contains Kingdom Come: Deliverance a number of other interviews and speeches, the total length of the recordings is in the order of higher tens of hours. However, the studios allegedly try to establish cooperation directly with Warhorse, so it cannot be ruled out that dubbing will actually appear in the game over time.

According to the creators the project of pre-filming films is about half done. Recording also due to the ongoing pandemic takes place primarily at a distance, and the creators admit that the quality of some characters fluctuates somewhat because of this, but this should simply be taken into account in fan projects.

More information about the project can be found at his facebook page.
