Bloodborne is one of the best games of the last generation of consoles. It is therefore not surprising that there are many tributes to the work of FromSoftware. We were recently struck by a demake that turns Bloodborne into a game for the first PlayStation.

Developer Lillith Waalther has spent time deconstructing Bloodborne into an experience that looks like something from 1997. While she hasn’t posted a playable demo yet, she has shown several videos on Twitter that allow us to see what the progress of his project looks like, the which, like the original version for PS4, is not free from loading screens.

As you will see, the visual part of this demake features an archaic 3D that will thrill the nostalgic, since its scenarios, models and UI elements seem to be from the first Sony console. Having said that, it’s also impressive as various Bloodborne systems have been adapted, such as parry.

What did you think of this project? Do you think Bloodborne would have been successful had it been released on PlayStation? Tell us in the comments.

It should be mentioned that this is not the first Bloodborne demake that surprises us. What’s happening is that several weeks ago a developer showed that they are working on a version of Bloodborne in the style of The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.
