One of the terrorists’ neighbors, who asked not to be named, said that Ibrahim Issaoui had no signs of a potential terror attack.

Ahmed Kid, a friend of Issaoui’s, said he remembers Issaoui as someone who “loves everyone, like his friends and other people”.

“He moved to Europe because he wanted to improve the situation like other youths, improve the situation of his family and life,” said Ahmed.
Another neighbor said that the perpetrator “went to prayer and then returned home”, and did not see any abnormal signs from him.

Gamra, the mother of the terrorists then spoke again, “I have shown the world what I think and I want you all to tell me what the church is saying.

One of the neighbors named Lassad Choura said that the family and all the families in the neighborhood were poor.
“He (Ibrahim) is just a 21 year old man who wants to migrate to Europe to improve his life like most other people.

The attack in the city of Nice is the third attack in less than 2 months and has been linked by French authorities to Muslim extremists.
