Darmstadt (ots) – The announcement of a shot in an apartment on Bessunger Strasse on Saturday morning (June 27th, 2020) led to a larger police operation at 10.30 a.m. The area around the affected house and the adjacent streets were cordoned off extensively.
In the course of the emergency measures, the police quickly localized the affected apartment. When the officers got into the living quarters, they could find no evidence of a possible perpetrator or of an injured person. Only the 39-year-old resident, who had alerted the police, was present. The questioning of other witnesses was also unsuccessful with regard to a possible crime. Ultimately, it turned out that the 39-year-old woman had invented the act. Due to their state of health, an admission to a psychiatric clinic is examined.
